Registering your own Community Trade Mark with CTMFS

If you are a UK Trade Mark holder and would like to register your own European-wide (Community) Trade Mark, you can use a company such as Community Trade Mark Filing Support (CTMFS). Based in Liverpool, UK, they will take your existing UK mark, run it through their software and generate all of the necessary paperwork for you to file the mark with OHIM directly and without needing to use a Trade Mark Attorney unless you need to down the line.

They charge a one-off fee of £498+vat, which covers preperation of the necessary paperwork, which you will receive in a glossy welcome pack, so all you need to do is check the information, sign and post. They also offer free unlimited support in relation to your application forms.

If you do encounter any oppositions or problems down the line and need to use a Trade Mark Attorney, CTMFS will cover up to £1,500 of your legal fees - as long as you use an Attorney from their approved supplier panel. Terms Apply.
